MONTHLY CHAPTER MEETINGS: (for sorority members only)
If you are looking for an AKA Chapter or new to the Fayetteville area, you are certainly welcomed to visit us during our next meeting! Zeta Pi Omega monthly chapter meetings are held at 10:00 am, the second Saturday of each month.
If you are a sorority member interested in attending one of our chapter business meetings, please contact the President, Ms. Deirdre Hendrix, for an invitation (and also to confirm the meeting date as there are occasions the date and time will change). Please be mindful that the attire to be worn at all chapter meetings is business attire.
REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND A CHAPTER MEETING:
To attend a chapter meeting you are asked to provide two forms of identification (one Primary and one Secondary) for meeting entry, which must include:
- At least one Government issued ID
- A current or past financial card (In most cases, the name listed should match the Primary ID. Exceptions: maiden name, married name)
- A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our National Office
- A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name
If for some reason you are unable to provide the necessary documentation please fill out the form on the Contact page and it will be forwarded the Membership Chairman, which will contact to you promptly. Thank-you in advance for your consideration in visiting our ZPO Chapter, we look forward to meeting you.
TRANSFER MEMBERS
If you are interested in transferring your membership from another chapter, please complete the Transfer Verification Form and have the President and Treasurer of the last chapter in which you were affiliated with fill out the form and return the original to you. Bring the completed form to our next chapter meeting and please keep a copy for your personal records.
If you will be transferring your status from a General Member to a chapter member, please obtain clearance from the Alpha Kappa Alpha Corporate Office. The dues vary depending on your current membership status.

REACTIVATION
Returning members are welcomed at Zeta Pi Omega Chapter. Please complete a Reactivation Form and bring the completed form to our next chapter meeting. You will need to provide the following information:
- Current name
- Address
- Chapter of initiation and date
- Last chapter with which you were active
- All previous names used
- Financial card number (if available)
